They lost my parcel and they don’t want to do my refund. The help service doesn’t respond to my email. The situation has been going for 3 months and they did nothing. Z&V don’t care about their customers. It’s a shame.

"They sold second hand item as new"
I ordered items in the sale - still expensive mind you - they arrived ok but the cashmere sweater had been probably worn and / or used in shows and it was clearly dirty and wrinkly - the effort to return it seemed just too big after reading the reviews - never again

"No returns AT ALL for any store bought items"
This is absolutely shocking! I have never purchased any clothing with absolutely no ability to return if you've changed your mind.
These are not low cost items. I wanted to ensure the top would work with my wardrobe and was NOT informed at point of purchase that they had a no returns policy.

"The magnetic closure of the bag didn't last two years and got broken."
I bought one of the cross bags of Zadig&Voltaire, the bag is ok, and the leather looks perfect but the magnetic closure scratched and cut the leather, protruded onto the surface, and finally, the round as coin part fell down from the bag. So now the bag is totally ok, except it doesn't close. The same happened with the long handle, one side closure gone ruined and didn't hold the handle. The metal parts ( hardware)on the bags in of a poor quality.

"Awful customer service experience"
Awful customer service experience. I purchased the rocky bag model bag and after 2 weeks of wear the paint on the metal logo faded. I reached out to them in the beginning of January, it took them almost 2 months to come back with a solution. After almost 2 months they told me that I need to return the bag back to a store and I should let them know which store so they can give them the hands up that I will be returning it. I have messaged them since then 3-4 times and it has been over a week now that they are ghosting me! It says it takes them 2 working days to respond which is not the case at all as it is already 8 days since my follow up email and regardless of the “reminder” emails I have sent still no response. Will never buy from them again, it is a shame that they want to be considered high end brand but treat their customers with no respect at all.

Customer service is non existent. Holding $250+ over 5 days on a card for an order they allegedly don't see or have in their system. Requested in writing (as no way to speak to anyone personally) over 5 times for the release of the hold on charges for nothing and it's like talking to a wall. Love their perfume though.....too bad it lasts only 5 minutes. This Co. is the most overpriced out there and quality and customer service just isn't there.

She made me realize that they are unorganized and do not have a company headquarters so they are not able help if you have any issues with a defective product.
