"Looked nice at first, but didn’t hold up"
I bought a sweater from them and, to be fair, it looked good when I first tried it on, so at least they know how to make something seem nice initially. But after just a few wears, it started pilling, which was really disappointing for the price. The stitching was also kind of messy up close. Overall, it ended up feeling cheaper than I expected, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Really love the effortless style"
I really like the style of their clothes. They have that cool, effortless look without feeling like they’re trying too hard. The cuts and little details make the pieces feel a bit more elevated, but they’re still easy to wear day to day. Overall, it’s very much my kind of style

"Service was okay, I guess"
They did get back to my email, so I’ll give them that. It just took a few days, which at first I thought wasn’t a huge deal, but then again, I kind of expected quicker replies. Not awful or anything, just a little slower than I would’ve liked

"Delivery took longer than expected"
I ordered a jacket and paid for delivery, but it ended up arriving quite a bit later than the date they had shown. The tracking didn’t really seem to update much either, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on.
The jacket itself was fine once it finally got here, so that part wasn’t an issue. But i’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a certain date

I’m actually kind of shocked by how good it still looks. I thought it might start looking worn out by now, but nope, it’s still holding strong and looking great. i’m super happy with it!

"Refund came through after a few days"
I asked for a refund and it did come back okay, just took a few days to show up. I kept checking my bank app while having my morning coffee, and eventually it was there. Nothing too exciting, but it was handled fine in the end.

"Bad first impression from the start"
My first impression of zadig-et-voltaire.com was frustrating, and it didn’t really get better. The pages felt slow to load, the filters kept resetting on me, and the cart got weird when I tried changing sizes. I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic product info. For a brand like this, I expected the site to feel smoother, but it came across as clunky and annoying to use. I ended up giving up before buying anything.

"Watch out: my order came in the wrong size"
Giving 2 stars because the delivery itself was fine, but the item I received wasn’t what I ordered. I picked a specific size and got a different one, which is really frustrating because now I have to deal with getting it fixed. Just a heads up to anyone ordering, double-check everything when it arrives. For the price, I expected better.

"Sizing is all over the place"
I usually love the style of Zadig & Voltaire, but the sizing really threw me off this time. I ordered my normal size because I needed the outfit for an event, and of course the pants were way too tight while the top looked oddly oversized.

The return process was simple enough, but the timing was so frustrating because I didn’t have time to reorder and guess again. For what these pieces cost, I feel like the fit should be a lot more consistent...

"Wish I’d gotten the right size the first time"
I had to exchange a jacket because I picked the wrong size, which was kind of annoying and I wish I’d double-checked before ordering. The return itself was easy though. It took a few days to get sorted, but support did respond, and the refund process was clear enough.
